What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or place an order we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email, vehicle registration, part number and any message. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation and order details but never your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, fulfil your order, provide warranty support, and contact you about your repair. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the providers needed to deliver the service (for example our courier and Stripe).

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (GoatCounter, self-hosted) that count page visits without tracking you across the web or storing personal data.

Your rights

Retention

We keep order and warranty records for as long as needed to honour warranties and meet our legal obligations, then delete them.
