Exchange units

In-stock exchange units are dispatched within 24 hours (working days) by next-day UK mainland courier, once we have verified the part number against your vehicle. We confirm the match by phone or WhatsApp before the unit ships.

Postal rebuilds

For a postal rebuild you send us your own unit. Once it arrives, the rebuild is completed and bench-tested within 24–48 hours and returned to you by tracked courier. UK mainland return shipping is included.

International

International shipping is available on request — contact us on 07404 487674 with your country and part number for a courier quote and timescale.

Packaging your unit (postal rebuilds)

Cap the ports, wrap the unit, and pack it snugly in a rigid box with padding on all sides so it cannot move. Include a note with your name, phone number, registration and fault code(s). See our postal rebuild page for full guidance.
