Warranty
Every reconditioned SBC exchange unit carries a 12-month warranty; postal rebuilds of your own unit carry a 6-month warranty; mobile repairs carry a 12-month warranty. The warranty covers all replaced components and our workmanship. If a covered part fails within the warranty period we will repair or replace it free of charge, and we cover return postage for warranty returns within UK mainland.
Exchange units — cancellation & returns
If you change your mind about an exchange unit, you may return it unfitted and in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Because every unit is verified against your vehicle's part number before dispatch, please confirm your part number with us before ordering. Units that have been fitted, opened, or had their seals broken cannot be returned except under warranty for a genuine fault.
How to start a return
Contact us first on 07404 487674 (phone or WhatsApp) or by email with your order reference and the part number. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Do not ship anything back before contacting us.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned unit.
Faulty or not-as-described
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a unit is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right.
